Before Instruction

 

·         The teacher...

o   prepares the materials, resources, and contents; and,

o   orients students on the following:

·         Online ethics;

·         Registration for a student account;

·         Accessing the learning materials and performing the learning activities in an eMinima Claroline VLE (Virtual Learning Environment);

·         Module to access, re: Becoming a Leader of Principles; and,

·         Inclusive dates when to access the module.

 

During Instruction

 

·         Students asynchronously access the module any day within the inclusive dates given by the teacher.

·         The teacher keeps herself updated on the performance of the students, gives feedbacks on the students’ outputs, and replies to the messages of the students.

 

After Instruction

 

·         The teacher gives a paper and pencil test among his students; checks the number of submitted reactions and quality of submitted reactions via forums; and, number of lesson-related messages sent during the online discussion via chat.

·         The criteria to be used in evaluating the quality of each submitted reaction are quantity, substance, and relevance to the topic. Each of these criteria will be rated using the following scale
